I have not received my package. What's next?

1.Check the Tracking Information: Most packages come with a tracking number. Check the status of your package using this number on the Caneex's website. This can tell you where your package is and if there have been any delays.

2.Verify the Shipping Address: Double-check that the correct shipping address was provided. A wrong address can cause delivery issues.

3.Check with Neighbors or Front Office: Sometimes, packages are delivered to neighbors or a building's front office/reception by mistake. Check with them to see if they have received your package by accident.

4.Check for a Delivery Notice: Sometimes, if a package requires a signature or if the delivery person deems it unsafe to leave the package, they might leave a notice of attempted delivery. This notice usually has information on how to arrange for a re-delivery or where to pick up your package.

5.Look Around Your Property: Sometimes delivery people leave packages in unusual places to prevent them from being stolen (like behind a plant or a side door).

Will my package be automatically redelivered if I am not there to receive it?

Delivery Attempt Policy: Our drivers are committed to ensuring your package reaches you safely. They will make up to three delivery attempts. In the event that all three attempts are unsuccessful, a notice will be left at your address. Following these attempts, to safeguard your package, it will be securely returned to our local warehouse. You may then collect your package at your convenience from this location, ensuring that your delivery is completed in a secure and efficient manner.

I can't find my package in your tracking system. What do I do?

1.Verify the Tracking Number: Make sure you have entered the correct tracking number. It's easy to make a mistake with long numbers, so double-check for any errors.
2.Check the Confirmation Email: Sometimes, there can be a delay between when a package is shipped and when it's trackable. Review the confirmation email or message from the seller for any details about tracking availability.
3.Wait for a Few Days: Occasionally, there can be a delay in the tracking system updating, especially during busy periods like holidays. Give it a day or two and then check again.

Can I change my delivery date?

Flexible Delivery Scheduling: For your convenience, Caneex provides the option to reschedule your delivery to a time that suits your availability. This adjustment can be effortlessly made through the Caneex website, ensuring that your package arrives at a moment when you are available to receive it.

I can't be there to sign for my package. What do I do?

Our delivery personnel will coordinate with you to ensure your package is securely placed at a designated location of your choosing, only after receiving your explicit consent. Furthermore, for verification, a photograph will be captured and uploaded as Proof of Delivery (POD). Should you prefer to personally sign for your package, we offer the convenience of scheduling a delivery at a time that aligns with your availability.
